Tina enjoys helping businesses navigate the many facets of HR and finds the collaboration within the organization very rewarding. Her goal is to provide the client with the infrastructure and tools they need to accomplish their overarching strategic goals. Tina brings over 15 years of strategic hands on human resources experience.
Prior to HRE:
Tina has supported both commercially focused and government contract businesses. In her most recent role, Tina served as the Vice President of Human Resources for a nationwide government contractor. During this time, she acquired extensive change management and audit experience. Tina also has experience working for multiple start-ups, in which she was tasked with creating the HR department from the ground up.
Tina graduated with her Masters in Business & Industrial Management Counseling and Bachelors in Communications Studies from Wright State University. She is a Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified professional (SHRM-SCP). She lives in the north Dayton area with her husband, two kids and two pups. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and photography.
