Throughout his 20+ year HR career Mark has consistently been considered a trusted and valued business partner. Whether he was leading the design, development or implementation of large scale cross functional initiatives or focused on a business partners development, individual issue or need, Mark works effectively as both a strategic and tactically savvy business partner by thinking intuitively, logically and acting pragmatically anticipating problems and facilitating solutions to support the business and move it forward.
Prior to HRE:
Mark has senior level HR experience leading complex and fast paced Fortune 50 to Fortune 4 size business environments in Aviation and Health Care. Mark’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, large scale integrations, harmonization and change management engagements along with a diverse and extensive body of knowledge in employee relations, labor relations, systems and process management and development. Mark is excited to lead HR Elements growth in the Tennessee and Kentucky markets.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts. Mark has also been a Certified Senior Professional of Human Resources for more than 15 years.
