Lisa recognizes that employees are the heart of an organization. Lisa is a seasoned HR Partner, bringing 15 years of tactical human resources experiences. When advising employees, frontline leaders, and senior leaders to follow best practices she nurtures trust through diplomacy and respect. Her HR Generalist skills include: employee and leader coaching; compliance; employee relations; investigations; performance growth; succession planning; top talent development; and setting compensation. Her administrative contributions include analytics and reporting, project management, conflict resolution and communications.
Prior to joining HRE:
While living in the Boston area, Lisa served as a HR Business Partner within a matrixed, compliance driven global defense contractor. In her role, she provided full scope HR Business Partnership to geographically diverse VPs and their teams. Her coaching ranged from succession planning and top talent development to employee relations. She served as an HR / Administrative leader for 9 years with a non-profit which partnered with a public-school collaborative for special education students. In addition to full scope HR Services, Lisa led the transportation team, and wrote a winning sealed bid. In her community, Lisa was a housing advocate; she volunteered on the town Planning Board, Housing Partnership and Housing Trust.
Lisa is SHRM-CP and HRCI PHR certified, and earned a Bachelor’s of International Relations from The American University in Washington DC. In her spare time Lisa is an avid gardener and traveler. Lisa, her spouse, and dog live in the Dayton area.
