Lisa is a collaborator at heart and enjoys getting to know her clients to best serve their human resources needs. From providing interim support for key HR leadership roles, to helping organizations establish a strong human resources infrastructure from the ground up, her goal is to provide strategic advisory support to help organizations meet their objectives while forming strong relationships along the way. Lisa is an enthusiastic human resources leader with over 12 years of human resources experience.
Prior to HR Elements:
Lisa worked in several non-profit organizations in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area, working collaboratively in leadership roles as a change agent for strategic HR initiatives. Lisa is familiar with the challenges facing non-profit and smaller organizations where most employees are juggling multiple roles, and resources are tight. Through these experiences, she has helped organizations implement solutions to strengthen supervisory and management skills, as well as help increase opportunities for employee development and growth, impacting employee retention.
Lisa received her Masters Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University, and graduated from Transylvania University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband and their dog Scooter. She enjoys reading, spending time outside being active, photography, and is an avid traveler.
