HR Specialist

Robin is a strategic HR professional with experience in recruiting, performance management, organizational change and development. In her more than eight years of experience she has led and been a part of many talent management initiatives; including employee engagement and training, performance management, compliance reporting and policy review, etc. She enjoys working collaboratively with business partners to align HR initiatives with business and organizational goals. Robin has a Masters Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University and received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Transylvania University.
