Tina has a successful record of creating and implementing HR programs throughout her 25-year career. Her experience includes leadership roles in the legal, financial and manufacturing industries for national and global firms. Her experience as Director of Human Resources at Deloitte, known for it’s Best Places to Work reputation, taught her the importance of best in class human resources’ programs and practices. As Vice President of HR for Fifth Third Bank, Tina led initiatives throughout the company, including performance management, incentive compensation design, employee relations, and executive recruiting. This experience inspired Tina to share her knowledge and experience with private businesses and non-profit firms that have little or no HR support. Tina started her own consulting practice in 2006 and has provided HR advisory services for more than 10 years throughout the Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky region. Tina received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dayton in International Management and graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and a minor in Psychology. She is a Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified professional.
Renee brings 20+ years of diverse business leadership experience with a strong focus on Human Resources. After receiving her MBA and starting her career in the automotive industry working for Johnson Controls, she was selected for GE’s prestigious leadership development program. She remained at GE for 15 years working in leadership roles across most of the GE businesses including GE Aviation, GE Transportation, GE Intelligent Platforms, GE Capital and GE Energy. During her tenure she not only led the entire HR function at a business level, she also gained deep knowledge performing functional leadership roles within the department including Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Executive Development and Mergers and Acquisitions. She had the distinct honor of being part of a small, select team of leaders that were responsible for the Officer Assessments performed on behalf GE’s CEO. Renee has led teams of more than 100 HR professional across the globe and served as Principal of her own consulting firm before relocating to Naples, FL. These experiences have provided Renee with the business breadth and the functional depth to partner with business leaders to solve many business challenges and achieve success.
HR Business Advisor – Northern Kentucky & Downtown Cincinnati
Jessica is a collaborative and strategic HR professional with 15 years of experience in performance management, recruiting, organizational development and training. She has worked in the insurance and banking industries, leading effective process improvement and change management throughout the organization. Jessica’s experience in talent management projects and processes that align business goals with associate engagement, performance management, development and retention have made her a valuable partner. Jessica has a Bachelors of Arts in Human Resources & Development from the University of Cincinnati and is PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certified.
Tina brings over 12 years of strategic and hands on human resources experience supporting both commercially focused and government contractors. In her most recent role, Tina served as the Vice President of Human Resources for a nationwide government contractor. During this time, she acquired extensive change management and audit experience, as she was directly responsible for planning and executing the human resources aspects of several mergers and contract acquisitions. Tina also has experience working for multiple start-ups, in which she was tasked with creating the HR department from the ground up. Tina received her Masters in Business & Industrial Management Counseling and Bachelors Degree from Wright State University.
Stacey is a young, passionate Human Resources Professional with extensive hands-on experience in HR. Her career began in a six month internship during her senior year of college, which lead to an HR Generalist position on a contract basis. Eventually moving onto become the HR Generalist for Legion Logistics LLC, she discovered her passion for developing the HR department for small companies. Stacey has worked on a variety of HR projects including but not limited to benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, orientation and on-boarding implementation, payroll, recruiting, and retention. She is currently studying to get her PHR certification, and is certified in Business Administration. Stacey received a Bachelors Degree in Communication with a concentration in Business and a minor in Sociology from Hanover College. When Stacey isn’t busy studying or assisting with the development of HR for small companies, she is spending time with family and friends, and traveling the world.
Over the past two decades, Kt Meshesha has worked to cultivate relationships with hiring managers to ensure that the requirements of the position are fleshed out and detailed and that the right candidates are found. She considers herself a “full-service” recruiter who acts as a liaison between client and candidate to coordinate every step of the hiring process. This hands-on, personal service has earned her a reputation as a professional who can match the right candidates with the right jobs, companies, and managers. It is also why Kt has consistently high satisfaction scores with both companies and candidates.
Kt uses a wide range of tools in order to find the right candidates, including cold calling, networking, sourcing for referrals, advertising, Boolean searches, social media, career fairs, and more. Her experience includes talent acquisition for positions at every level–from executives to clerical positions–and with small companies and Fortune 200 industry leaders in pharmaceuticals, service, healthcare, manufacturing, software, and more.
