Tina Taylor

President, SHRM-Sr Certified Professional, M.B.A.

Tina has a successful record of creating and implementing HR programs throughout her 25-year career. Her experience includes leadership roles in the legal, financial and manufacturing industries for national and global firms. Her experience as Director of Human Resources at Deloitte, known for it’s Best Places to Work reputation, taught her the importance of best in class human resources’ programs and practices.  Tina started consulting in 2006 and has provided HR advisory services for more than 12 years throughout the Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky region. Tina received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dayton in International Management and graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology.


Jessica Ondrovic

Senior HR Advisor, SHRM-Sr Certified Professional – Cincinnati

Jessica is a collaborative and strategic HR professional with 15 years of experience in performance management, recruiting, organizational development and training. She has worked in the insurance and banking industries, leading effective process improvement and change management throughout the organization. Jessica’s experience in talent management projects and processes that align business goals with associate engagement, performance management, development and retention have made her a valuable partner. Jessica has a Bachelors of Arts in Human Resources & Development from the University of Cincinnati.


Tina Lastowski

Senior HR Advisor, SHRM-Sr Certified Professional – Greater Dayton Market

Tina holds an active Secret Clearance and brings over 13 years of strategic and hands on human resources experience supporting both commercially focused and government contractors. In her most recent role, Tina served as the Vice President of Human Resources for a nationwide government contractor. During this time, she acquired extensive change management and audit experience, as she was directly responsible for planning and executing the human resources aspects of several mergers and contract acquisitions. Tina also has experience working for multiple start-ups, in which she was tasked with creating the HR department from the ground up. Tina received her Masters in Business & Industrial Management Counseling and Bachelors Degree from Wright State University.

Jamie Bierman

Senior HR Advisor – Cincinnati

Jamie brings 13 years of strategic human resources experience in retail, manufacturing and commercial organizations. Jamie has spent the majority of her career focused on developing and managing Leadership Development, Coaching & Training programs, Performance Management & Strategic Planning, as well as participating as an HR Executive Member of various internal business teams. In her most recent role, Jamie served as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources for a growing retail organization in Dayton, OH. During this time, she was directly responsible for building a dynamic and cross-functional Human Resources and Training Team serving over 500 employees and17 locations.   Jamie received her Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and Finance from Miami University.

William Siffel

HR Advisor, SHRM – Certified Professional

William is a HR professional with over 10 years of leadership in areas of employee relations, recruitment, employee development, benefits management and call center management.  He holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, as well as Call Center Professional Certification through ICSA and Call Center Management Certification through STI. He brings a broad generalist experience to include recruitment of executives through non-exempt roles, payroll, training, compliance and benefits administration.  He enjoys working with clients to support their goals and develop or enhance their HR practices.

Renee Hahn

Senior HR Advisor- Florida Market

Renee brings 20+ years of diverse business leadership experience with a strong focus on Human Resources. After receiving her MBA and starting her career in the automotive industry working for Johnson Controls, she was selected for GE’s prestigious leadership development program. She remained at GE for 15 years working in leadership roles across most of the GE businesses including GE Aviation, GE Transportation, GE Intelligent Platforms, GE Capital and GE Energy. During her tenure she not only led the entire HR function at a business level, she also gained deep knowledge performing functional leadership roles within the department including Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Executive Development and Mergers and Acquisitions. She had the distinct honor of being part of a small, select team of leaders that were responsible for the Officer Assessments performed on behalf GE’s CEO. Renee has led teams of more than 100 HR professional across the globe and served as Principal of her own consulting firm before relocating to Naples, FL. These experiences have provided Renee with the business breadth and the functional depth to partner with business leaders to solve many business challenges and achieve success.

Recruiting Team

We have a team of recruiting specialists that provide development of job descriptions, compensation evaluation, sourcing, screening and interviewing for our clients in a variety of professional roles. We also believe that part of the recruiting process includes behavioral assessment testing for the role, team dynamics and organizational culture. We carry through the recruiting process by assisting with new hire processing and ensuring proper onboarding by the management team.


Becky Falvey

Senior Talent Advisor, SHRM-Sr Certified Professional

Becky is a strategic HR leader with more than 20 years of experience, across multiple industries; including financial services, technology, and healthcare. Becky has worked across the employee lifecycle, building and implementing the practices and programs necessary to drive performance and increase retention. Her passion lies in finding, selecting, and on-boarding the right talent. Most recently, Becky had leadership responsibility for talent acquisition and talent management at a 6,000 employee Cincinnati-based healthcare network. Becky has a Bachelor’s from Bowling Green State University.  She currently leads our recruiting team of professionals with industry expertise in biotechnology, healthcare, information technology, service and manufacturing industries.
