Just when you thought you knew what to do for the EEO-1 reporting requirements…they’re changing again in 2020.  The EEOC has announced that they will not require the Component 2 pay data broken down by job category, race and gender in the future due to the burden on organizations to pull this data when compared to the usability of the information submitted.  The downside is that employers with over 100 employees must still file the 2017 and 2018 Component 2 data by the September 30th deadline (yes, a little more than two weeks away!).
